Are there any countries where I cannot join UZNEX?	Residence in some countries may be restricted. UzNEX complies with international standards to ensure transparency to financial operations. Designated by (FATA, Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering) organization the nations and residents of Non-Cooperative Countries and Territories (NCCT) may have restrictions on membership and use. Please contact UzNEX Customer Center for details.
Is it possible for entity to register?	Entity members can also join UZNEX. ＊If the representative name and entrepreneur business registration number do not match after joining, there may be a restriction on the use of the service. ＊There is no difference in using other services besides this.
Can foreigner also use the services?	UZNEX is a global cryptocurrency exchange where foreigners can sign up and trade.
Can minors use UZNEX?	Minors (under 18) are not eligible to sign up or trade.
How can I unsubscribe?	If you want to withdraw your membership, please contact the Customer Service Center and consult 1:1 as follows. ■ Membership Withdrawal Application -Receive e-mail ([e-mail])-Send e-mail to the e-mail address registered on UZNEX. ■ Email Form of Membership Withdrawal -Email Subject: Membership Withdrawal Request -Required email body: uznex e-mail / name / date of birth (19 **. 01.01) / mobile phone number / agree to the asset reduction for coins held as withdrawal fee -Attached file: Front and back of ID card 2. Photo of yourself holding ID card (must be a photo with a separate note) -Memo Description: Request to leave UZNEX (please specify purpose) / Email address / Request date ■ Member Withdrawal Account Recovery -Account recovery after withdrawal is impossible ■ Member resignation after membership withdrawal -You cannot register for the same email account for 1 month after you leave ＊Please remember that it is not possible to recover your account after you withdraw your membership. ■ Reason when membership withdrawal is impossible 1.If SUM or USD and coin balance is above withdrawal fee (can be withdrawn when the balance is below withdrawal fee) 2.
